We are accepting applications from anyone who has an awareness of mental health issues. Overall, we are looking for people with a positive outlook, who can make a valuable contribution to our service.

We’re an encouraging and empathetic team. Our aim is to provide a warm and friendly home for our 11 residents, based in the beautiful county of Herefordshire. The role requires a key communicator, ready for a challenge! You will find heaps of fulfillment, and gain a real sense of community working at The Shires.
