Join the wonderful Liz Batty and Anna Thomas as they host two brand new 30 minute breathing and relaxation virtual sessions, running Monday’s from 12:30pm – 1pm, and Fridays from 1:30pm-2pm.

This is open to all and is a free activity, so come along and join us, running twice a week (finishing on Monday 29th June). Feel free to come along to as little or as many sessions as you would like. No need to book in advance, just join in.
