Mindful Breathing and Relaxation


Mid-Week Chillout! Every Wednesday evening from 5:30 - 6:30 pm!

Classes resume from the 14th April 2021

What is it?

Mindful breathing and relaxation is a new free activity that allows you to become present and centred, all from the comfort of your own home. During these uncertain times, you will be able to learn and use your new skills to help you to manage your stress and overwhelming feelings of anxiety.

Every Wednesday you will be able to join us for an hour (or half an hour of either) online Zoom relaxation sessions. All you need is some comfy pillows and somewhere to sit down - think cosy!

When is it happening?

We are now holding the classes every Wednesday evening from the 14th April 2021

Join Liz Batty (a qualified STOTT pilates certified instructor) at 5:30-6:00 on Wednesday's for stretching and relaxation. After at 6:00-6:30 you can join Anna Thomas (a qualified solution focused hynotherapist) for chill out sessions.
