Mindful breathing and relaxation is a new free activity that allows you to become present and centred, all from the comfort of your own home. During these uncertain times, you will be able to learn and use your new skills to help you to manage your stress and overwhelming feelings of anxiety.
Every Friday you will be able to join us for an hour (or half an hour of either) online Zoom relaxation sessions. All you need is some comfy pillows and somewhere to sit down - think cosy!
Join Liz Batty (a qualified STOTT pilates certified instructor) at 5:30-6:00 on Friday's for stretching and relaxation. After at 6:00-6:30 you can join Anna Thomas (a qualified solution focused hynotherapist) for chill out sessions.
