What is it?
Mindful breathing and relaxation is a new free activity that allows you to become present and centred, all from the comfort of your own home. During these uncertain times, you will be able to learn and use your new skills to help you to manage your stress and overwhelming feelings of anxiety.
Every Monday - a virtual session for Mindful breathing and relaxation
Every Friday - a chill out friday virtual session, offering you the opportunity to lie back, switch off and allow your mind to rest, drift and dream for a while. a great way to end the week.
When is it happening?
Join Liz Batty (a qualified STOTT pilates certified instructor) every Monday lunchtime at 12:30pm for a 30 minute session for mindful breathing techniques and relaxing stretches (Except for Monday 1st June, which has been moved to Tuesday 2nd June)
Join Anna Thomas (a qualified solution focused hynotherapist) every Friday from 1:30pm-2pm for Friday chill out sessions.
