Get Involved
We know that the current situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) is unsettling for a lot of people. With changes to local services, it can be difficult to know where to get information and support to help you look after yourself during this difficult time.
Updates on Herefordshire Mind services can be found here (updated regularly).
Our friends over at national Mind have put together this great webpage to help you look after your wellbeing, which also includes guidance about how to cope when self-isolating.
We normally offer a selection of booklets at Heffernan House on variety of topics regarding mental health. You can access this information online from the Mind website.
Samaritans offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you. Call for free at anytime on 116 123.
If you are currently receiving treatment from 2gether and require help out of hours (between 5pm and 9am weekdays, all day weekends and bank holidays), please call the Mental Health Matters Helpline on 0800 015 7271.
If you need help during office hours, please contact the team or service that currently supports you.
