Thriving Minds

What is Thriving Minds?

Thriving Minds is a new service which helps people experiencing mental health problems by offering courses to give them the skills & resources they need to become more connected, resilient and independent.

What types of courses are available?

There are three courses on offer, all running for six weekly sessions:

  • Self-esteem and Confidence (Mondays)
  • Managing Anxiety and Relaxation (Tuesdays)
  • Assertiveness (Wednesdays)

When and where will they be happening?

Courses will run from 10am to 12pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Leominster Community Centre.

Our first sessions are the week commencing 6th November, but don't worry if you can't make them. We'll be running two more cohorts, one starting in early January and the other starting in mid-February.

Do I have to pay?

No. These courses are funded by Herefordshire Council Leominster Community Fund, so they're completely free to attend.

How do I sign up?

Please fill out a registration form and send it to Emma Robertson, the Group Facilitator for Thriving Minds. Emma will review your registration form and contact you to discuss whether Thriving Minds is the right choice for you.
