Mental Health First Aid course - places available!

We're delighted to be teaming up with Phil Gilbert-Smith from Umbrella Training & Development to offer 10 places on a 2-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Adults course on Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd October. All course participants will become qualified Mental Health First Aiders and will receive a MHFA certificate.

MHFA is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. MHFA won’t teach you to be a therapist, but it will teach you how to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis.

A 2-day MHFA course normally costs £330; this course is being offered at a reduced rate of £200. If you're interested in attending, please contact David Harding on 01432 372404 or email info@herefordshire-mind.org.uk.
