We're looking for new Trustees!

What is a Trustee?

Trustees are volunteers who work with management to make sure that Herefordshire Mind meets its strategic aims. Collectively, they are known as the Board of Trustees and are responsible for promoting our vision, mission and values and ensuring that we deliver high quality services.

What are you looking for?

We have three positions to fill. We’re looking for two people with professional backgrounds in either Finance or Human Resources and one person with experience in grant applications and/or fund-raising.

You'll need to have knowledge of the voluntary sector, public sector and social or health care, experience of business and of running an organisation and a willingness to give time and effort. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with lived experience of mental health problems.

How much time would I be expected to give?

Our Trustees usually meet once a month for 2 hours, alternating between face-to-face meetings in Hereford and conference calls. There are likely to be email conversations in between these meetings to progress issues.

If you're interested in applying, please visit the Charity Job website.
