As part of Feel Good Autumn, the Forestry Commission’s partnership with Mind, we’re leading a mindfulness walk around Symonds Yat Rock on Wednesday 15th November. We’ll be walking up to a mile, taking in the autumnal glory of this beautiful place, while learning how to be mindful and discovering how this can improve your wellbeing.
It’s free to join us, though donations will be gratefully accepted. Please note that while the guided walk is free, parking at Symonds Yat Rock is not - charges are £2 for 2 hours.
We will meet up to start the walk in the car park at 10:30am and expect to finish no later than 12pm. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
