Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey, which took place in August. We wanted to ensure that the views of our service users were heard and to ensure that they have the best experience possible. We also wanted to find out what they felt we do well, and what areas of Herefordshire Mind need improvement.
David Healey, our Chief Executive, had this to say:
"Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent Satisfaction Survey. It is always great to hear how we make a difference to people’s lives and despite some of the challenges and cuts to services we have faced over the past year, it is good to see how we have had a positive impact on many people’s lives.
"We are always listening and learning, so we will use the feedback people have provided to help us be better at what we do and make decisions about the future support we provide."
